Ancestry DNA

Wow - didn't realize it had been so long since I had posted on this blog!  Life sure gets busy and I have been involved in SO many other historical preservation projects that I have hardly had time for my own research!  But today I am SO excited!!!  I just had to share!! 

I have wanted to take the Ancestry DNA test for years!!   I have several dead-end lines and some unanswered questions that I feel the DNA test will help with.  So finally having an opportunity to afford the test - it arrived in the mail this past Friday!!   I will be sending off the sample tomorrow and then the excruciating 6-8 week wait for the results!!  Thank goodness it is a busy time of year so the time may go by quickly!
